The Galt House
I appreciate the true care and concern TLS by Design has consistently expressed in working with The Galt House team over the last four years. A relationship which started in 2012 with a handshake agreement when we needed to furnish eight large waterfront apartments quickly to meet the needs of one of our largest clients, grew into a long term personal and business partnership. TLS has always met its commitments, and we have awarded a number of small and large projects to TLS.
Over the past four years we have purchased thousands of pieces from TLS, from guestroom sleeper sofas, lounge chairs and casegoods to public space seating and custom tables. Most recently, TLS worked well with our design firm The Gettys Group on a major public space renovation of our Lobby and Conservatory which has been very well received.
The TLS attention to detail is truly unique; they possess unbelievable listening skills so they always seem to know what we want. Even if our requests were not within their scope, they provided assistance. TLS seems to make it a point to exceed expectations.

The Galt House Hotel is the largest hotel in Kentucky and Louisville’s only waterfront hotel. We offer over 1,300 guest rooms which includes 650 suites and waterfront apartments and over 128,000 square feet of meeting space, including 53 meeting rooms, two ballrooms and an exhibit hall.
Blend Bar Cigar
Partners like TLS by Design have contributed to the success of Blend Bar Cigar. TLS lounge chairs and sofas, banquettes and other custom pieces deliver the comfort and ambiance we offer our clientele. The furniture we started with three years ago has been holding up well even with extensive use. TLS upholstery is beautifully made.
Blend has been so pleased with the TLS work in Indianapolis, we chose to continue the partnership with our expansion in Nashville and soon in Pittsburgh.

In 2015, The Cigar Journal named Blend Bar Cigar in Indianapolis one of five finalists for “Best Cigar Lounge in the world, noting it could be the best in the world. Blend was the only nominee located in the USA. Blend, with its upscale décor noted is “luxury redefined”.
The Blend Model has been a great success in Indianapolis since 2013, expanding into the Nashville market in 2015, with a new Pittsburgh location opening Fall of 2016.
